so, yeah, i’m going to be at tomorrow’s farmers market in green bay from 7-12. i’m going to be in the mosaic arts booth space, which is basically in front of the meyer theatre, so come and see me in all of my art overabundance~
imma have all the swag.
and, my obnoxious orange canopy.
in other news, THE NERDCON PEOPLE HAVE TOTALLY NOT BEEN ANSWERING THEIR EMAIL, THEIR EXPO EMAIL ISN’T WORKING, AND THE CONTACT FOR POLITOS (which is where i am next week for the depere art walk) HASN’T GOTTEN BACK TO ME EITHER.
…i may be a little miffed at everyone right now.
(i’m sure that there are reasons and REASONS and everything. it’s just stressing me out.)
i have ordered some 11″ x 17″ poster-prints that should be here for kitsune kon in july, which i will be merching, and these were the ones that i chose:
i actually get a lot of people who want large(r) mermaid things, which yay, but i don’t necessarily take super-large things to cons and such yet because i have a tiny, tiny car, and space is at a premium. hopefully, this will mitigate some of this?
and, since where in the vicinity of grey and tove, i’m putting together an illustration/art book of those illustrations that i’m hoping will be ready by wizard world chicago (rosemont) in august.
fyi, i still haven’t decided what my con exclusives are going to be becasue i kinda suck right now, but they will exist!
although, that leads to another THING that i’m having: leftover con exclusives. WHAT DO Y’ALL DO WITH THEM?!? do you discount them at the next shindig that they were exclusive for (because that might be happening here soon)? do you just sell them at the regular price until your out? what???
(i dunno if that means that i should just get fewer prints next time for con exclusives–probably.)
okay, i need to go and finish packing for the market tomorrow. on top of everything else, my dyslexia kicked in multiple times, and i didn’t realize that there’s supposed to be 25lbs. of weight on each leg of the canopy. so, yeah, i don’t have enough, and gnome–darling that they are–is out locating me more canopy weights of some sort (because we live in a tiny, rural town, that is more difficult that you’d expect).
